Computed Tomography (CT) Scan Singapore

What is a CT Scan?

CT scan uses advanced computer technology to provide detailed 3-dimensional images of our body. It can give your doctor a clear view of your internal organs, bones and soft tissue and can help diagnose disease, trauma or abnormalities very rapidly.

New generation machines can also provide an accurate view of the arteries supplying your heart to help assess for any narrowing or blockage of the vessels supplying your heart. These newer machines also expose our patients to a far lower dose of radiation.

CT scans provide detailed views of the different tissues in your body, such as the heart, lungs, bones and soft tissues.  It can even give you a cross-sectional view of your blood vessels. This can alert you to any health issues you may have early, and so allow to seek the necessary treatment.
