Dr James Tan Chung Hui is a highly experienced Sports Surgeon and industry Key Opinion Leader (Johnson & Johnson, Arthrex) with 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector. A founding member of the Singapore Shoulder & Elbow Society and a member of the Asian Shoulder & Elbow Group, he has treated athletes from Singapore National Senior and Youth Teams and professional footballers from Singapore Premier League clubs.
He is highly skilled in Orthopaedic and minimally-invasive Shoulder and Knee Surgery and is a three-time Service Champion Gold Award winner who received fellowship training in the treatment of Shoulder & Knee injuries, Cartilage and Tendon Restoration at the Sportsorthopaedie Klinikum Rechts der Isar, Technical University of Munich.
He is fluent in English, Mandarin, Hokkien and Teochew, with partial fluency in Malay & Cantonese. He enjoys golf, swimming, skateboarding and outdoor running.
