Develop and maintain HR dashboards and generate regular reports on headcount, turnover, recruitment pipeline, training compliance, manpower costs, and absenteeism.
Support manpower budgeting, shift rostering planning, and workforce forecasting using historical data and trends.
Prepare monthly and quarterly HR analytics for the Group HR Senior Manager.

8. General HR Support

Provide day-to-day HR operational support to centre managers and programme heads.
Undertake ad-hoc HR projects and deliver data-driven recommendations.

Job Requirements

Education & Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
SHRI Certification (Certified HR Associate or Professional) is advantageous.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
Prior experience in community care, nursing home, home care, healthcare, or social service sector is highly preferred

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiographer to join our medical imaging team. The Radiographer will be responsible for operating various radiology equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes. Sonographer (Ultrasound)

The sonographer is primarily responsible for day to day performance of Ultrasound examinations according to department standard operating guidelines.

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide sonography services to patients as requested by referring physicians or as allowed by statutory regulations and according to acceptable and standards.
